All Malarkey products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. And if you select a Malarkey Certified Contractor to install your roof, who also uses Malarkey’s accessories to complete it, you are eligible for even greater warranty coverage.
Shingle & Accessory Warranties
Standard Shingle Warranty
At Malarkey, even our standard warranty consists of Limited Lifetime coverage against manufacturing defects.
This coverage is offered regardless of the contractor selected to install your roof, or the accessories used to complete it.
Certified Pro Warranty
Malarkey Certified Pro contractors have completed in-person training with a Malarkey representative and passed the Pro-level test. They are eligible to offer Malarkey’s enhanced Pro warranty when installing at least three Malarkey accessories as part of a complete Secure Choice™ roof system.

Certified Premium Warranty
Malarkey Certified Premium contractors have completed advanced training and had their work inspected by our technical team. When they install a complete Secure Choice™ roof system using at least four Malarkey accessories, they can offer our highest level of warranty protection.
This includes a 25-year workmanship warranty, covering issues related to the installation of shingles and accessories.

Certified Commercial Warranty
For enhanced warranty coverage on commercial roofing projects, our Commercial Warranty is available exclusively through Malarkey Certified Commercial Contractors. These contractors have completed our Certified Commercial training program, had their work inspected by Malarkey Technical Representatives, and collaborate with our Technical Department for a review of project plans prior to installation. The Commercial Warranty includes workmanship coverage when at least four Malarkey accessories are installed as part of a complete Secure Choice™ roof system.

Better Roof Systems Warrant Better Roof Warranties
A new roof is more than just shingles. It’s a coordinated system of 5 key components: 1) ice and water barrier, 2) underlayment, 3) roofing (field) shingles, 4) starter shingles, and 5) hip & ridge shingles. We call the system, Secure Choice™.
Installed together, the roof performs better, and can be eligible for extended warranty coverage via our Malarkey Certified Contractors.

Transfer Your Shingle Warranty
Thank you for choosing Malarkey Roofing Products® for your roofing project. The warranty for your Malarkey Roofing Product(s) may be transferred to new owners, as outlined in your roof’s warranty.
To transfer the warranty, a transfer application must be submitted either by mail, using the downloadable PDF, or using our online form (all options available on the page linked below), within thirty (30) days after the date of title transfer. If the roof was installed after July 2016, the transfer must be completed within sixty (60) days. As the owner of a Malarkey roof system, there are things you can do to ensure the continued performance of your new roof.
Enhanced Wind Warranty
The Enhanced Wind Warranty increases coverage against wind damage at higher wind speeds. Automatically included with Certified Pro, Premium, and Commercial warranties, the Enhanced Wind Warranty is also available for all roofs provided 4 nails are used to install Malarkey architectural shingles, and 5 are used to install Malarkey designer shingles, or as required by code. Ten-Year Limited Warranty
The Ten-Year Limited Warranty warranty covers manufacturing defects of Malarkey’s supporting steep slope and low slope products. Please review the warranty linked below, and proceed to the warranty registration form if applicable.
