PRODUCT INNOVATION

In 1976 Malarkey introduced our first fiberglass Built-Up Roofing system (BUR). Its redundancy and modified contents made it a superior product that we still sell today. Whether it was introducing SEBS (Styrene Ethylene Butadiene Styrene) mopping asphalt with improved thermal performance and UV degradation resistance, or receiving the first Class A fire rating for any SBS Built-Up Roofing system on wood decking, Malarkey has been on the forefront of creating the best roofing materials.
